This building is located at 176 Stranton Street on the Lower East Side of Manhattan.

Stefani Germanotta, better known as Lady Gaga, lived here in a one-bedroom apartment from 2005 to 2007. She lived here after dropping out of NYU and this is where she write the songs for her first album, The Fame.

Lady Gaga has been known to return here on occasion, she would sometimes return here when she was about to announce a new album or a new project.
